“Though the courier van unfortunately broke down, the flowers were in place only one day late. The flowers were great, and the service after the misfortune was good too. The phone handler was prompt and courteous. The date was set for 2 weeks so that's why the delivery time was more than 7 days.”

“Flowers didn't arrive until 17.10 after I paid for nominated day delivery. As they were for a birthday gift was a little disappointed by the delivery service used as the day was nearly over.”

“Always delivered on time and I have always had good service. However,. I don't really like the adhoc nature of discounts and the flowers seemed to have increased in price as well or at least the choice at the lower end is now very restricted. I miss the previous free flowers option.”
