“Ordered a bunch of orchids for my neighbours birthday which she was delighted with. However, i specified the date for delivery (her birthday) but they came a day early, which spoiled the effect somewhat.”

“I have used Flowers by Post a large number of times and have never had problems. I have always had delivery by Royal Mail and every order has been on time. Sadly, having paid extra for courier delivery on this order the flowers were not delivered on the requested date. I was informed that Yodel the couriers had had problems on the M25 motorway. Sadly as a result the flowers did not last as long as usual. With todays traffic information I find Yodels excuse very difficult to understand.”

“The flowers that were delivered were not the originals flowers I ordered due to the stock being old. The nice chap on the phone explained and upgraded my order making sure it arrived on time. Friendly and efficient service.”

“New website needs to clarify free postage options, it currently defaults to £5.99 charge for delivery tracking - just noticed in time! Set the default to free 1st class postage please. Otherwise I am very satisfied with your service and the help line this morning to clarify postage was excellent.”

“The flowers arrived on time when l saw them at my friends house they were still in bud. Today when l saw my friend she said the flowers were opening up lovely but the greenery & Gypsophilia only lasted 2 days before wilting which she had to throw away which was a bit disappointing.”
