“Lovely flowers but because of the hot weather delivery was disappointing by royal mail as the flowers got too hot. I think you need to find alternate delivery arrangements.”

“I purchased flowers for my Daughter's birthday on 1st June. I understood they would be delivered either Thursday or Friday but Royal Mail did not deliver until the 2nd June. She said they were looking very limp as the weather was really quite warm for the duration they were in transit. However, she tells me most perked up once they had been given water and all are in flower now, making her room smell beautiful from the freesias.”
