“Efficient, helpful and polite on phone. Good selection of flowers and plants on-line at reasonable prices. Sadly, customers who place an order do not know the condition of the flowers or how well they lasted after being received so it is impossible to know whether they are good value. Perhaps a photo could be sent by email to the person ordering them to show what they are like and the condition they are in when dispatched. I have recently received several flowers by delivery sent from various companies - some were lovely and long-lasting and some were a bit disappointing !! So it's hard to know which company is best value.”

“the flowers were fine the only reservation was that a couple were a bit broken on arrival-also they arrived a day earlier than i expected but that was probably because it was after a bank holiday”
