“Was happy with flowers but not happy that you changed my personel details about past orders. It was great for looking back to remember dates etc., when you had sent flowers.”

“Lovely selection, great prices and the flowers are always beautiful. However, they did arrive two days early when the recipient was still in hospital and not at home. I have ordered from Flowers by post for years and this is first time things haven’t been perfect. A small hiccough. Will still use Flowers by Post, second to non.”

“Your website will,only allow me to insert 1 star when it should be 5. The recipient was delighted with the flowers and still displayed 2 weeks later. The service was excellent, arrived on the specified day and in excellent condition.”

“Arrived promptly in time for mother's day. Most of the flowers were still buds so not an initially stunning display but they all bloomed beautifully and lasted longer than expected. Very happy”

“Excellent customer service. Flowers would have arrived in time if the post had not mislaid them, only to be found later!! by then another bunch had been sent which arrived in quick time. They couldn,t have been nicer to deal with. I would buy again with confidence.”

“It is difficult to give a review sa those flowers were a gift to a friend. I did ask for them to be delivered on the 12 March but they were delivered on Mothering Sunday. Not on her birthday. Pity. I will use your company in future as I have been pleased in the past sincerely A M Olson”

“Arrangement was very vibrant, Flowers arrived on time and recipient remarked how fresh they were. The only reason for not giving this 5 stars is that one of the rose heads was missing.”

“The initial order for my mother as a Mother's Day present arrived on time but was not what I ordered. I ordered 30 Freesias in at least 4 different colours, however only 16 white and blue appeared. Although my mother was happy I wasn't as they weren't what I ordered and I had chosen the largest and most colourful bouquet of her favourite flowers . When 'phoned Flowers by Post were quick to apologise and resent the originally ordered bouquet. So initially not a good start but excellent customer service revised my opinion.”

“We sent a bouquet of flowers to our Mum for Mother’s Day and she was absolutely thrilled with them. Although they were delivered a day earlier on the Friday rather than the Saturday as requested.”
