“Very easy to order and the flowers themselves were lovely. But I think it should have been made clear that the bouquet I ordered was not actually deliverable through the postbox and that someone had to be in to accept the flowers.”

“I ordered online for mothers day.All went well until the payment which is when the screen stuck. Had to ring in the end to place the order. Also worried the order may go through twice....but the gentleman I spoke to was very helpful and the order wasn't duplicated. The delivery was on the correct day and my mum was very happy with the flowers. :) which made me really happy too.”

“As this was a gift to a friend who I am unable to see very often it is difficult to make an assessment as to the quality of the flowers but she was pleased with them. They were also delivered promptly.”

“I have ordered from this company for years as i live in Australia it's a weight off my mind knowing relatives in the UK will recieve their flowers on time & good quality flowers my Mum loves carnations & says hers are always fresh & last 3 weeks or more. The prices are great & free delivery is wonderful. My reason for not giving very good to them is I am disappointed the old rewards scheme for buying flowers has gone & not been replaced by anything else for loyal customers, other than that I'm completely happy.”

“Last week with the problems with the snow the flowers I ordered for delivery on 23rd March did not arrive - On the Wednesday rang to let you know that they had not been delivered and was pleased that a repeat order was sent out - this did arrive - also pleased the say the original box turned up last Saturday - so thank you for responding when the problem arose - my friend was delighted with her gift - actually as it turned our two boxes not one - so will definitely continue to use you firm. Eileen W”

“I bought the flowers for other people so I cannot really comment except to say only one flower was open but hopefully the other Freesias would open in the warmth of their homes. I have always been satisfied with your flowers previously and the delivery was very good.”
