“Long lasting flowers”

“The yellow roses were superb & lasted well, the fresias came a little later, & were lovely but consequently were not as fresh as they might have been, they smelt wonderful though!”

“Flowers by Post have always been brilliant - delivered on time and quality produce. However, I ordered flowers for my Mother in Law and some for myself recently. Website confirmed items would be delivered on 29th December 2017. They didn't arrive at this date but six days later on 4th January 2018. The carnations had coped with the delay but the freesia's were not in a good state. I emailed via the website to report flowers not arriving and the email bounced back two days later. I rather think that the 'postal provider' has let Flowers by Post down in this instance?”

“I have used Flowers by Post a few times and have always been very happy with them but I was disappointed with my last delivery which was to an address in Scotland, unknown to me the recipient was away for Christmas and the flowers were left with a neighbour, by the time the recipient received them they were 12 days old and past their prime. A parcel left with a neighbour is fine but Flowers are not a parcel. JAF.”

“Two separate orders were delivered almost a week late. Now it is a week after I contacted FBP and I am still waiting for a reply. First problem in 8 years of using them. UPDATE I had an email offering to replace both orders for me, which I accepted. This was good customer service!”

“I bought these flowers for my mother-in-law and the carnations were beautiful. My Mother-in-law felt felt that the five gold seeds heads were too large for her face and that here would have been a better number. I thought it was excellent value and a well thought out bouquet.”
