“Flowers by Post, didn't particularly "make me happy". I sent flowers to two friends and they were very pleased. I presume the flowers were good, but probably the recipients wouldn't like to tell me if they weren't!”

“usually any purchase has been without any flaws. However one of my Christmas purchases did not arrive in the time stated and there was no correspondence about it being held up. I was left wondering whether I should ask the recipient if they had received it which would have been embarrassing so just left it and about a week later I received a text from said recipient to thank me for flowers which had arrived that day. Over a week late.I have been a customer for many years and have always found you to be efficient except on this occasion. I can only surmise it was the Christmas rush but I had ordered early in December to avoid that. An email to say they had been held up would have been sufficient.”

“The flowers were sent to my sister and she told me they were very nice and colourful and cheered her up the day before she was due to attend a family funeral (which was why I arranged for them to be sent).”

“Spoke to a member of your staff, as my account was not coming up. He explained about your new system abd that my account had not been switched over, which was a mistake, he corrected that for me and took my order. One downside of the new system is that customers do no longer receive complementary flowers after spending £50, great for customer loyalty.”
