“I have used Flowers by Post regularly to send to my Mum in the UK as we are in Canada. This Mothers Day unfortunately the flowers arrived late - Monday afternoon and they were in a bad condition. Flowers by Post arranged a fresh deliver out to my Mum which was appreciated but took the shine off the original thought”

“Although I didn't see the flowers, the recipient assured me they were lovely. Only downside was that they were not delivered by the given date, but I put this down to the awful weather we had at the beginning of March, when everything seemed to grind to a halt for several days.”
