“Our niece was very pleased with the flowers which arrived when requested. The difficulty is that one doesn’t actually see them oneself! I just hope folk would tell us if not good but .... difficult. Perhaps you need review from recipient?”

“Flowers were lovely, as usual. What was not usual was when I logged on to the new web page, my account was gone. After two days of emails this was rectified. What a shame you have changed your web page, and the free flowers option is no longer available, which I loved. Used you for 8 years since I moved to Canada, but might look at other web sites now.”
