“yes my wife was very happy but as i sent just after we received the carnations they were the wrong ones. i was told that mistakes are very rare but perhaps a photo would help. we sent a photo and i heard nothing back . Yours hopefully Mr B A Sandalls”

“The flowers are fresh but I was disappointed that they were returned to the post office as they could not be delivered on the scheduled date. It might be better if they are labeled perishable or fresh flowers. My friend knew how to take care of them and revived them but it was disappointing.”
