“For the most part the flowers have arrived in good shape and in a timely manner. I have been very happy with the quick and satisfactory response if ever there was a problem. My only criticism is that many of the bouquets now on offer do not give a full description of exactly what flowers they contain.”

“I have used Flowers by Post on several occasions and recipients have been delighted with their flowers. Only one negative is that you need to read the description carefully to ensure you are aware of what you are ordering and do not rely on just the photograph. Would recommend this company.”

“I love the choice and range of flowers. Also it is a pleasant change to see locally grown flowers which haven't been shipped half-way across the world! There is a good range of prices to fit most budgets and occasions. My only reservation is that in the past some of the chrysanthemums I've had just haven't lasted well. Thank you for great service!”

“The carnations I were told were beautiful, though the fern looked a little tired and withered within a day or two. Thankfully, the carnations lasted much longer.”

“Generally speaking orders are good- but sometimes flowers delivered do not last long- this may be because they are held up in the post or perhaps have not been as fresh as they could have been- especially freesias - in bud is probably the best and with moisture around the bottom of the stems. They used to have a little phial of plastic with water in but not lately.”

“I've used Flowers by Post for many years now, mainly to order flowers to be sent to family/friends for special occasions, but in addition I get Christmas ones for myself. I've always been happy with my Christmas flowers & had good reports from the family/friends to whom I've had flowers sent.”
