“I always send flowers by post to others! Flowers by post gives them moments of happiness. Particularly when I cannot be near. I know that they will always be delivered on the date they state.”

“After choosing a display and date - and the order being acknowledged I then received an email stating they could not honour it, suggesting a different display for the following day. A bit concerned, I obviously had no idea what suggested display would be, I agreed. display arrived in very good condition, recipient very happy with them”

“"As far as I know the flowers were very nice, the reason for the low rating is that I'm really disappointed that you have stopped giving the free flowers every time I had spent the amount required to get a free bunch, I had even recommended you to family and friends as it was a really good incentive to keep coming back to you, I see that you have given a 10% discount if i write this. but to be honest that probably will not bring me back to you, "”
