“I placed my order on 3 Aug and set the delivery date for 9 Aug. I didn't notice that courier delivery was the default option. When I went back to check on that I saw that the deliverary date had reverted to 4 Aug, which I changed back to 9 Aug. However when I went to the final page to pay, I didn't spot that the date had again reverted to 4 Aug, so I ended up paying extra for courier deliverary for flowers that arrived nearly a week before I expected them. This is clearly a problem with your website.”

“Ordering process made easier as previous recipient addresses are held in my account and can be re-used. Unfortunately recipient has not been in touch so unable to comment on the flowers themselves; I am assuming they arrived in good order, based on previous orders with you.”

“The quality of the flowers were lovely, the reason I'm only giving 4 stars was because they were for a wedding anniversary and unfortunately they were delivered a day late, which spoiled the surprise.”

“Very happy with the volume, price, service and quality of flowers. Like many others I am not a fan of mixed colour bouquets and always go for a single colour way. It would be good if you offered more if your different types of flowers in a single colour. Thank you Marguerite”

“I usually rate you 5 stars but on this occasion the flowers that were meant to be delivered on the Wednesday did not arrive until the Friday and were subsequently a little tired. You usually provide an excellent service and the flowers are always fresh.”

“The last order I made was very good my relative thought the flowers were super but the order before that I felt wasn't dealt with very helpful but I was compensated for as it was my fault the post code was wrong but in the end it was rectified.”

“I was unable to order on the website so in the end I rang through. The man was most helpful and got my Order sorted with next day delivery (Friday). My friend was thrilled with the flowers and rang me the next morning to thank me for them”
