“I have used Flowers by Post before. I sent a plant to cheer up a friend. I thought they were arriving to her on a Wednesday but she phoned me Thursday to say thank you, her neighbour had just given them to her. I was a little disappointed that they "did not arrive to her until the Thursday" as I had wanted to contact her but not before the flowers arrived. So I had to wait until she phoned me! I would definitely use F by Post again. I always do. I like the people who take the orders. They are very polite and helpful.”

“These were a complimentary delivery as the original Roses were of very poor quality and the recipient was very disappointed rather than the smile the flowers were supposed to do. Complimentary discount off my next delivery was decent compensation.”

“The flowers were delivered a day late, the fault of the carrier, not FlowersbyPost. So disappointing as it was for a specific occasion. Although not their fault and the flowers did arrive in acceptable condition, a second arrangement was sent as compensation. Another time I would not rely on Royal Mail's first class post. The company were very efficient in dealing with the disappointment and the flowers were lovely. I would recommend them.”

“Delivery and quality excellent.Flowers ordered late on the Thursday, delivery made on the Saturday morning. Only complaint I had was that a code had been sent through to me that week for a 20% discount offer but on entering this on the order form it would not accept it saying it was invalid,Hopefully better luck next time”
