“I was so impressed by the quality of the flowers we ordered for our 102 year old Mother. Upon opening the box it was so nice to see the flowers in bloom and not buds, and that none of the blooms had been damaged in any way. Thank You very much.”

“Flowers were sent as a gift and although I did not see them the recipient was delighted. I had ordered freesias but when the company could not provide them, I was phoned and offered alternatives. I was also told that I would be given a code to thank me for my understanding - I expect that communication will arrive soon.”

“My mother in law was a little disappointed with her roses. Some of the leaves were drying and spoilt the appearance of the main blooms. The driver initially gave her the wrong delivery and she hadn't realised until the driver called back for them”
