The flowers I ordered were for my nephews anniversary and him and his wife were delighted with them. I have been ordering from yourselves since 1992 since I first visited the beautiful island of Jersey. I never order flowers from anywhere else. I will be ordering flowers for my friends Golden Wedding in October. Thank you for the first class service you provide.

The company dispatched the flowers quickly however the courier they chose (Yodel) failed to deliver them and despite chasing the delivery for three days, the flowers never appeared. Flowers by Post however did resend the flowers and added extra stems to compensate which were thankfully were delivered on time and the recipient was very pleased with the colour and quality of the orchids.

I was disappointed with this order. I’ve ordered from you before and always had good results, but not this time. The stalks on the orchids were so short it was virtually impossible to display them in a conventional vase. The flowers were beautiful but didn’t last long.

The person who received the flowers we sent was very pleased with their flowers they said they were excellent. I said YES to the following question about delivery as the problem was with DPD And not flowers by post who sorted out the issue and refunded the delivery cost and resent the flowers free of charge via royal mail element service.

I won't buy my flowers from anywhere else, all the flowers I have bought from this company have been beautiful and have lasted ages. They go the extra mile to make sure everything goes well and the customer service is superb

Ordered flowers on Sunday 1st August for delivery on Thursday 5th August for daughter in law coming home from hospital. Very disappointed flowers did not arrive until Friday late pm. Have used before and always had the delivery on time or early. Having ordered four days in advance would have expected better. Explanation that I could expect 72 hour delay to scheduled delivery day is not acceptable.
