“Very pretty arrangement (Heaven Scent) but disappointing display life and scent. Flowers had started to fade after 5 days and scent was almost non-existent. Suggests flowers were already tired by the time they were delivered.”

“First order did not arrive. contacted flowers by post after 3 days and a replacement was sent. This arrived next day and the quality was excellent pity they missed the original delivery date as it was a wedding anniversary gift.”

“Very mixed experience. Flowers not delivered, no reply from Customer Services to enquiries. Only when I posted on Twitter did someone contact me and I got an apology and refund. Also gesture of resending the flowers, which on arrival were apparently fantastic. Therefore hard to rate.”

“Website easy to use. Unfortunately delivery person did not allow time for the recipient to answer the door meaning that the 94 year old was obliged to get a bus to collect the next day. Fortunately the flowers were well packed and I gather in reasonable condition the following day but I was disappointed with the delivery aspect.”

“I ordered the flowers and they were delivered on the day they said but unfortunately my friend missed them as they don’t give any notice to when they will be delivered which would be easier so people don’t have to stay in all day”

“I do not feel that they made me happy. My order was arranged to Wednesday and it arrived Saturday. There was no contact from you when I complained and I feel rather let down by the company.”
