Flowers arrived a day late for my wife's birthday and in a poor condition, having spent three days in the post. I complained and sent the attached photo after having them for just three days. Fortunately, FbP apologised and sent another bunch which were fine.

Poor quality - roses and mini chrysanthemums flopped and died within 3 days. Label saying 'this side up' had been stuck on the wrong end of the box so flowers had travelled on their heads rather than on stems.

Normally I would be very happy with my flowers as I tend to buy carnations. On this occasion I ordered fresia and found the didn't last as long. I was disappointed in the display after five days. I was glad they were sent to me and not a friend or relative.

I was disappointed because I ordered a Saturday delivery in Jersey and the flowers were not delivered until Monday so had spent an extra 2 days in their box

Ordered for Christmas delivery, unfortunately label came off so not delivered. Customer services phoned and apologized and resent after Christmas with a gift. The basket looked nice and colourful, unfortunately the blooms have proved disappointing, maybe time of year. Otherwise very happy with purchase.

The person I sent the flowers to, thought they were lovely. However they were promised to be delivered on 21 December but did not arrive until the 22nd December, so disappointing.

I have just spoken to my friend for whom I ordered flowers for her birthday, on December 18th. She told me that the flowers were and still are beautiful, especially the roses. However, I am not pleased that they were not delivered until the 23rd!. She had begun to think that I had forgotten her birthday. If I use this company again, perhaps I should pick an earlier date and then the flowers might be delivered on time and not 5 days late.

A pleasure for 1 week then dissappointing for next 4 days when Pat had to dispose of flowers . Previously they have lasted for 3 weeks.

Unfortunately I was very disappointed in the flowers I went to see my mum two days after the flowers were delivered and they were already past their best even though they were kept in a cool conservatory.

By offering.me.good flowers at a very reasonable price. However I was not happy with the fact that neither your web site not your phone representative was able to take a payment with my First Direct debit card, despite the card being fully functional.

I placed an order to be delivered during Christmas week so haven't received my flowers yet. Therefore, I can't really give you a rating yet as I haven't received my order.

I have used 'flowers by post ' on several occasions but my latest order was a disaster from start to finish! I was unable to complete the order on the website due to a glitch at their end. Staff member who finally put the order through managed to put the wrong date for delivery and although I contacted the company immediately and was told it had been corrected THREE bunches of flowers were delivered in November instead of December wishing the recipients a Happy Xmas! Not very clever

Flowers delivered well packaged and on time but despite following full instructions for care and promptly putting them in water, they did not last very long and only partially opened. Not up to the previous high standard I had come to expect.

The flowers were bought as a gift for my sister so I didn’t actually see or receive them. However although I did not see them I did see a photo of them and although I thought they looked okayI felt that they did not quite match up to the picture of them online

Very disappointed with my last order. I'd ordered the flowers, which included freesias, for my Mum's 80th birthday as my late Dad always bought them for her but unfortunately they were well past their best upon receipt. Shame as they've always been nice.
