“Very very very small bunch of flowers delivered. I felt embarrassed. Very misleading picture of what you order to what you receive. For the size delivered I could have bought 5 bunches from Lidl and had a massive display. Wouldn't recommend using flowers by post.”

“The flowers were for my elderly mother, the flowers were very nice, but not what I ordered. The flowers I chose were called Sweet Melody, pinks. When they arrived a day later than they were supposed to, they were all different colours.”
