“Quality and packaging are always good but I have reservations about delivery. I am living away from home (where postman can just leave around the back or in the shed) living in a block of flats where there's no one to leave packages with. What would be excellent would be an accurate delivery time.”

“Although living in Jersey, I have just returned from visiting the recipient in the UK. The flowers we well received, they looked good and very colourful, they arrived on time but the number of blooms did not see to match the number ordered”

“Very happy with the customer service. After the original order did not arrive via Royal Mail, they reordered and upgraded to courier, received the next day. And the flowers were beautiful. I had one very happy daughter, Thankyou very much, would definitely use again.”

“I oder from you ,and my thoughts are ,would been nice to have a email from flower post to say the flowers had been deliverd ,as it was I had to message my niece to see if my sister whos in a nurseing home got them ,as this is something my sister cannot do her self ,the answer from my niece that the flowers look lovely ,(didn't mention the chocolates tho) just a thought cant really rate flowers as ive not seen im couple hundred miles away as for all your question Idont know as was not there etc”
