“Flowers sent were very much appreciated although I was not able to see them myself. I have sent flowers through your firm before and have been told how good they are. I did try to order online but it would not accept the recepient's address, it wanted to send them to me. Please could you send me an e-mail receipt. Many thanks, Carolyn Sherrell”
