“We visited our son and daughter in law yesterday and we were disappointed with the bouquet that you sent. It was quite small and not at all like the picture in your website. We were not thanked for the additional gift of the scented rose in a crystal box and we couldn’t see it anywhere either, which leads me to believe that it was not received. We are not impressed and would not use you again.”
