“Arranged a boutique for £40 plus £7.99 for same day delivery for a friend, and was so embarrassed when she sent me a photo of the boutique no way worth £40, utterly embarrassing, will not use again.”

“delivery was very quick and flowers were fresh. However, the bouquet was much smaller than on the photograph and had different flowers than indicated.”

“I contacted these people at 1.30pm for a delivery to a member of my family who needed cheering up after some bad news. Their communication was excellent and they delivered a lovely bouquet the same day which had the desired effect of putting a smile on the recipients face. Thanks 😊”

“The flowers arrived the day that they should have arrived however the quality of flowers received was not good. A very poultry bunch that looked like cheap supermarket flowers when put into a vase.”

“Beautifully packaged and arranged and arrived quickly as promised. Disappointed though as they died within 3 days. The roses never opened up they simply wilted and the sunflowers died very quickly - followed shortly thereafter by the rest of the arrangement. Impactful for the first 24 hours but by the time I got home from a four-day business trip (they were delivered on day 1) they were all dead......”

“Flowers were brilliant but I used this service as said they would be delivered next day, my mothers dog died so wanted them next day to show sympathy but arrived a day late. Very disappointed.”
