This is a scam . They took $195 and I was not able to book my flights . Then the next day when I open the app they ask me again to pay $121 . Don’t use this

I don't advice anyone to buy tickets with fly now pay later. My tickets i bought over 2 years ago was cancelled and no refund up till now.

Crooks, don't use their app, I used the service paid off my transaction and they again charged me after I paid off didn't authorize anything further and then after providing them proof of the charge and it was deducted from my account they refused to take ownership of their mistake and denied that they charged me. Should have know since they don't have an option to speak to anyone by phone not to use them.

I tried to use your website , I was approved when I tried to book my reservation it was declined, then I got an email that my flight was booked but no confirmation number. I don’t know who to talk with. Your customer service sucks, and lm out 700 dollars

I submitted an review how no one responds to emails. They replied back saying to email them well I did and guess what still no response from this company! They are a joke! If you have issues they don’t care and will never reply to your concerns. All I did was enroll and submit my ID to verify myself and the app KEEPS asking me to verify myself and not sure why after total of 4 weeks it’s kept doing this.

Be careful with them. I tried to book a flight and it decline twice but then they took $300 from me. When I went to tell them I don’t have a flight and they took my money. All they said was they saw in there end it went thru and nothing else. No call just a email. But then they want me to pay for something I did not get. I have emailed again and I have not got a response. I am going to have to file a dispute with my bank. Took my money and they did nothing for me. Horrible, be careful.

Gave me a £1,000 credit limit and then all of a sudden took it away when I was in the process of trying to book a holiday for next year. What's the point in giving someone a credit limit if you're just going to take it away from someone when they try and use your service. On top of that, the support is non-existent. No one answers the phone lines or emails. Totally useless, waste of time company

Flynowpaylater have received our refund from our travel provider (Lastminute.com) who we have been battling with for almost a year for our refund from a cancelled holiday due to COVID. Now we are battling with FlyNowPayLater for our refund, they say they’ve processed it but there’s no sign of it, their customer service is appalling. Don’t use them! We just want our money back which we are owed, over £2000. I have sent SO MANY emails to their support flynowpaylater email, and most of the time they don’t bother replying or just send really vague replies.

Been trying to get in touch with them regarding my refunds the agency and send my refunds to them they number is not working have try to email them I just need my money back this is unfair £3510 is not a little money I just bloofclat want my money back in fool ups guys have bad customer service this is cursing me depression.

they got the refunded money from my ticket nearly 1 week but don't pay it back to me. You hear only: please contact costumer support. Perfect, never answered mails, Facebook or instagram, sorry, Recieved 1 answer that refund is processed. Yeah, its not. Useless company and lying too. Tell people the truth please, like we don't pay your money back because in UK is normal to cheat or FNPL needs money please help us because we are scared about brexit. Dear fly now pay later Team, as long as you don't refund you got bad reviews everywhere, this is my right as costumer.

I purchased a family holiday to Malta and had to cancel due to Covid19 as I was not risking taking my 2 little children outside of the uk. I purchased my package with lastminute.com. I tried several times through endless phone calls and emails to both lastminute.com and flynowpaylater to explain myself. Lastminute.com said, flynowpaylater had already made payment, to whom I don't know as we were due to travel in August 2020 and I cancelled our holiday in March 2020. This was an instalment payment plan, flynowpaylater didn't give/ offer us a refund of our money but rather bullied us with threatening letters and phone calls until we payed in full the holiday we didn't go. We are in the process of finding a lawyer to retrieve our money as we don't think we have been dealt fairly. Flynowpaylater or lastminute.com didn't offer a voucher,accept change of dates or try to help us but rather took everything for a holiday that didn't happen. I purchased insurance which said change of date, information ect as I knew things like this can happen but when we showed that as a prove, both of these companies refused to help. I don't write reviews but am taking my time to write this so it saves someone from going through this heartache. You will hear from us soon flynowpaylater. I would have given 0 stars but the thingy doesn't allow 0 star. Very unreasonable companies, they didn't even investigate but went ahead to take everything from a family of 4 in this critical Covid19 times when money is a problem for everyone. DON'T BUY YOUR HOLIDAY FROM LASTMINUTE.COM OR FLYNOWPAYLATER

I’ve been offered £1250 credit, only for it be taken away on the day I was supposed to book. When I got in contact with the team, they said I did not meet the “eligibility criteria”. How can this change in a matter of days?

Rubbish customer service lastminute.com issued a refund 2 weeks ago and still no refund. The same lady fobs you off, will have to get legal advice.

They're an absolute scam and I would not go on a holiday through these even if it was free. No customer service. Once they have your money they no longer care about you.
