“Their cracked screen repair meant that touch screen didn't work properly and screen cracked 11 days later without being dropped - you could tell it was flimsy screen. Refused to repair or refund. TERRIBLE”

“Shocking service, Fone Angels had my daughters 2 iPhones for over 3 weeks for simple screen replacements. Phones returned and both are now redundant due to screen glitching constantly, screws lose on handsets, home buttons broken and several other things. The phones were sent in near perfect condition to this company, the only issue was small cracks on both phone screens. This company has been reported to watch dog previously due to such high levels of dissatisfaction.”

“Still not fixed 20 days after they received it. Still waiting for a screen replacement, been told it's still another 5 days away from being repaired. I'd just use someone local next time, it's way too slow and too risky. They tell you 5-7 days to repair but it's honestly not.”

“When i final got my ipad back the screen was cracked, it was signed for in my absence, whilst i was on holiday and they are refusing to replace the screen FOC !!!! saying its outside of the returns policy... as mentioned elsewhere spend more money with someone else.... I am currently intending to pursue them legally”

“IPHONE 6S SENT AND RECEIVED ON 29TH AUGUST 2019 ON EXPRESS REPAIR AND RETURN. HAVING RECEIVED NOTHING AT ALL BY 1ST SEPT I THEN CONTACTED THEM .WASTE OF TIME BY PHONE AS IT GOES STRAIGHT TO MESSAGE. ANSWRED LATE ON THE FRIDAY AFTERNOON BY EMAIL STATING THE BATTERY NEEDED REPLACING FOR £32.99 OR THE WARRANTY NOT VALID!!! I REPLIED IMMEDIATELY . BUT THEY HAVE DECIDED NOT TO REPLY AND STILL HAVE PHONE!! WOULD YOU TRUST THEM??”

“Paid £40 to have my water damaged phone repaired. Never received email that my phone had been received as promised. Then had email saying they couldn't fix it. No offer of any part refund despite they hardly did anything. Had to email to request return of phone and when received back no diagnostic report or anything about what may be wrong. Waste of time and money. Would not use again.”

“Non refund of fee after I decided to cancel my order for an iPhone screen repair. They ignore all correspondence and have therefore got my bank's retail disputes team dealing with them to retrieve funds. Do NOT use this scam of a company.”

“Do not use this company, spend more and go else where. They happily took my money 1 month ago, had to remind them to send the postage pack out in the mail. Have had phone for 3 weeks, no one replies to mail and customer service line is just a voice mail service. I'm concerned they've closed down and this is a SCAM. Buyer beware.”

“Repaired 2 iOS devices with cracked screen, cheaper than most other places I looked. Communication channels were poor, only responded to emails, no answer on phones ever. Repairs appear good, but they tried to get me to pay for extra repairs I didn't consider needed fixing.”

“I believe this company could be a scam. Initially their response was swift, but after receipt of my iPad, their service and response became progressively worse. They weren't proactive in contacting us with updates, you can't speak to anyone as the phone number is permanently an answerphone (I tried a lot!) so you had to hope for a response to emails, which didn't always happen. They claimed that other elements (in addition to the screen) needed replacing - finally after we got it back these were working perfectly! Blame for delays was placed on suppliers, which I can't dispute without evidence, but I suspect after reading other bad reviews recently, these were false, delaying tactics. Finally, after becoming suspicious and totally unhappy with the service, we requested the iPad to be returned, without completing the work (an option they gave us) they failed to return it. It was only after an email threatening legal action that they sent the iPad back! A further request for a refund to be processed was met with similar delaying tactics, claiming we'd have to wait 30 days, we threatened to escalate to PayPal disputes and received it the next day!!! Avoid this company at all costs!!!”

“Considering I paid for the express service, 1 week turnaround was way too long as I have had another firm replace the same cracked screen for £20, while I waited! Bad communication, too expensive, won't be using again. Ps I think a refund of the express service fee £15 would be in order please.”

“Dear Fone Angels, I thought your service was fantastic! I especially appreciated the communication you provided and being able to track the delivery of my Samsung S4 phone. My phone looks fantastic and works wonderfully! It was wonderful to get you half price sale on cracked screens. The cherry on top would have been if you had asked if I wanted a replacement screen protector as I'm not very good at putting them on straight, but that's a very small thing. Thank you for your good work and if I ever need another repair I will come to you.”
