“So far the better one I have been using monitoring apps since I got kids their personal phones. I know of many different apps and I have used a couple of them. I can clearly say that this is better. “I needed easy access to my spouse device without any trace of hacking and I don't want him to know what I'm up to. I've tried so many spy apps but to no avail they only waste time. Then I saw a review about HACKERSPYVILLE and how he helped someone else get into he's spouse device without her notice, then I decided to contact him and believe me he's service is amazing, he granted me full access to all that was on my partners device and tracked him to his very cheating spot. He was ashamed.”

“Absolute crooks. First they didn't have the phones and then they did. Strangely enough, once they'd been instructed that they'd have to settle in full with me and claim back from Royal Mail. Then they're really busy and their technicians have to check the phones over. Then the usual, the phones don't work fully. Then, a revised payment is on it's way. But of course it isn't. 8 weeks later still waiting Wish I'd gone for someone offering a lower sum but with not as much hassle”

“Sent 2 x Galaxy S8 handsets which had both been in cases and had screen protectors on since first day and quoted £297 each. Emailed 10 minutes before they closed saying the “phones were scratched on back and screen” and the quotes were revised to £210 each. Emailed back immediately and rang them to reject the offer. Next working day made my way from York to there office to collect the handsets. They had processed them and had them clearly labelled as Grade A with there stickers. Both handsets were collected and taken to another recycling company which I had sold them to after rejecting the revised quote. Inspected by them and confirmed a grade A pristine condition with NO marks or scratches to be seen. It’s your choice who you sell to but beware. All these reviews tell the same story about revised offers. I was lucky and got my handsets back so sellers beware read the reviews and think carefully before using this company. I have contacted Trading standards and hopefully they will take action.”

“I cannot give this company zero stars but would do if it was possible. They have effectively stolen our Iphone 6. We were offered a knock down rate after they received the phone, which was sent to them in perfect condition. We refused this offer and now cannot get the phone back from them. They are charlatons and rogue traders. Do NOT touch with a bargepole. You have been warned!!!!”

“Six weeks now and still no payment even though they have my phone. Excuse after excuse! and its really hard to contact them by phone.They do not reply to emails Don't be fooled by the price they first offer you as you will then be told when they receive it that there is something wrong and they then offer you a really stupid price. Avoid at all cost!!!!”

“I only wish i had read all the other reviews, This is a misleading company who's only goal is to get your device and offer you a really poor price, £190 i was quoted, the device was immaculate and never used, then sent me a revised quote for £95, i complained and was told £120 max, i told them to return it to me, Worst company every to deal with too, took a full week after they received it to assess it and never available by phone,”

“This so called company are to be avoided at all costs. They received my Samsung S6, which was in perfect condition having always had screen protection and case on. After numerous emails, phone calls I managed to speak to someone and they told me there was a dent on the top of the phone, which I have asked for a picture of the Said Dent! Anyway, I got £18 less for my phone in the end but took it as couldn't be doing with any more hassle. They are to be avoided, take it to a reputable company even if you are offered less money!!”
