“I invested with Forresters because there was a good cashback offer via Quidco, but this has not tracked and I have had to set up a claim for it to be investigated, so first impressions have not been great.”

“I was surprised not to have been granted access to a web platform where I could review my savings account with you. (Did I miss something?) I am interested in more detail about what kind of fund(s) the savings have been attached to. (Or am I misunderstanding its 'fund-like' nature?) And, naturally, I understand you probably don't want me to remove my money any time soon, but I was curious that there were no instructions on how I would go about doing that when the time comes. (Did I miss that too?)”

Hi Georgina, thank you for your comments. We understand that some members want to have online access to their savings plan and we are investing in our digital capabilities to enable this service. In the meantime, we are able to provide plan values over the phone and we also send out annual statements regarding the plan’s value. Information about our fund is available on our website in the About Us/About Our Funds section. You will also receive a welcome pack in the post containing a policy conditions document in which there is also information about fund performance and how to cash in your plan. “Online was easy to do my bond but I phone 12days ago I phone them about transferring my isa she took my details said some one would be in touch but no one want my money it disappointing after my sister been with them for many years”
