was a bit of wok to apply took a while to set up, was an offer for a £75 m and s voucher when i signed up, heard nothing about that. seen alot reviews saying its a scam

Hi Mica, thank you for your review. We’d like to reassure you that our customer incentives are not a scam and, as long as the offer terms and conditions are met, we automatically send out vouchers. We don’t expect our customers to redeem any offers neither do we put up any barriers to them receiving their incentive. Having looked into this for you, we can see that the plans you applied for were processed quickly after your application and well within our published service levels. In keeping with direct debit rules, we provide all customers with 10 working days’ notice before we start collecting regular premiums so there may be a slight delay before we start your plan’s collection. There have been Royal Mail strikes recently with more planned for the coming months so we will re-post your documents via first class post on the assumption that these may have been caught up in the postal delays. Our Member Services team have tried to make contact with you to ensure that you have everything you expect and to offer any assistance that you may require but unfortunately have been unable to reach you. I decided to reinvest through the Foresters as I was very happy with my previous product. The Amazon gift card I received at the time of reinvesting was really helpful with my move to uni. 5* for the friendly and efficient service too.

I began saving with POIS in 1970. I saved for house deposits and cars etc and really appreciated the simplicity. When it changed management over the years there was never a deterioration of service. Foresters have always been courteous, friendly, efficient. Thank you. Jane Newton

I've been really impressed with Foresters friendly society. Opening up my account was incredibly quick and easy. They have provided plenty of communication throughout the initial set up and after. And what a lovely bonus to get a Marks and Spencer voucher through the letterbox a few months after opening my account! I would definitely recommend Foresters Friendly Society

My mother set me up an account at foresters when I was a child and I recently got control of it. Customer service have been nothing but lovely and genuine folk who simply want to help. It’s a refreshing change from money hungry people I’m used to.

Too much delay in processing my Stocks and Shares ISA and LISA. Despite requesting a transfer of 4k specifically to fall in the old tax year (so I could then transfer another 4 k in the new tax year) they sat on it for several weeks to then tell me that I hadn't signed all the sections (I know "my bad") Had they been more efficient, I could have taken full advantage of my tax year allocations had 8k sat in my LISA and not 4!

Stuggle to leave any more than 2 stars, as feel a bit blind with my money. From account setup, to paying my money, no confirmation, eventually letter arrives in the post, and there is no - online view. Blind, really Blind, if the savings account was to reduce for example then are we expected to wait until its too late ? Strange. Like going back in time.

Hi Paul, thank you for your comments. We understand that some members want to have online access to their savings plan and we are investing in our digital capabilities to enable this service. In the meantime, we are able to provide plan values over the phone and we also send out annual statements regarding the plan’s value. Information about our fund is available on our website in the About Us/About Our Funds section. deeply disappointed that I did not receive my TopCashback payment despite having been directed from their website and chosen to use FFS because of the cashback offer. TopCashback reported that FFS stated that I had opted for an alternative offer which is totally untrue. I will keep my ISA in place but will not return for any more transactions.
