“Absolutely gutted. I know it's a lovely dress as seen it in a local shop but only had a small size. Ordered direct from Forever unique. Paid £9.95 for a Sunday delivery. I did this well within their Friday cut off time which was 2pm for the weekend delivery. I received a confirmation for Sunday which was great. Ten received an email from dpd couriers saying my delivery was Monday. TODAY! Saying at 12 I will be given a 1,hour time slot. My package is in dartford which is 15 minutes from my home. However I have just been emailed again to say I am the last drop off 148 parcels away and my dress is now in Croydon on its way to me for a time slot of between 5pm & 7pm!!!! I would have picked it up from the depot and not have had to waste a whole day waiting for it when I was due to go somewhere and now can't! I'm fuming!!! Very unhappy. No one to call on Saturday either at FU or DPD so absolutely nothing I can do other than to wait and hopefully get an end ik from FU explaining why and even I'll receive my £9.95 for a service they haven't provided. I would like this resolved as I order a fair bit on the net and won't not like to not use them again. I await an email.... And a dress it seems....I will review again once my dress actually arrives. I've rated poor simply because of the delivery situation..,”

“Hi Just received my first ever Forever Unique dress and got to say it wont be my last! its probably the most flattering dress ive bought. I need to have a slight alteration to bottom half but thats the fault of my shape not the dress! I am unfortunately a 14 at the top and 10 on the bottom so dresses are never a good option but i love love love this! will upload a photograph soon. Thanks very happy Sharon West Sussex”

“Very quick delivery and lovely packaging! However the picture on the website was very misleading as it showed the dress to be red when it was infact very pink. Still a lovely dress so I kept it!”

“Ordered and received package next day!! Beautifully packaged in a box a touch if class. Dress is stunning but unfortunately does not suit me so unfortunately will have to run. However I would definitely use again and recomend to others as this is a first class company.”
