“Love the quality & fit of my Hana Dress..... if i had one grumble it would be that its not a cheap brand and therefore should be delivered in nicer packaging & also not so creased! - please take note as then it would definitely be a 5 from me.”

“The products and quality are lovely but the sizing is poor. The XL is most definitely not a 14/16/18 as expected. I had to begrudgingly return one item.”

“I was very happy with the delivery time and how easy it was to navigate around the website. I believe a smaller size should be an option as my item was slightly big, however, it did look how it was shown on the website and I liked the material used. I would highly recommend this website!”

“I purchased the blue Paloma pencil dress in size 6 which is a perfect fit and lovely colour but the flesh inset at the neck takes away completely from the dress and it is totally unnecessary.I kept the dress and took it to the dressmaker to have the inset removed . Something for the designer to think about in the future .”

“Your collection is very attractive, the designs you offer are feminine and flattering. However a few things I feel you need to address: 1. The quality of the top I bought. The fabric is cheap and the finish is basic. Nothing was hemmed, just overlocked. Maybe consider running along side it a Silk collection for ladies who at 45 + as we have the money but prefer better quality, but like your designs. 2. My order took 5 days not 2 days to arrive. 3. Charging to send back will put customers off when ASOS and many others provide a return label. 4. Not enough sizing information. You need to give the clients more info on 'floaty' styles. Understand your products and say they come up on the bigger side. Thank you.”

“Love the clothes, always ordering. Most clothes are very generous so usually go down a size. I miss the returns labels that used to come with the clothes it's now a much longer process for me.”
