“I love the dress so much and it will be my wedding dress. I need to make some adjustments as the underskirts are too tightly made for my liking, which opposes the otherwise floaty feel, but once those are done it will be perfect!”

“Absolutely loved the maxi skirt I purchased, however it was far too long! I'm not exactly short at 5'7" & along with 4" wedges making me 5'11", it was still way too long! I have had to pay to have the skirt altered which hasn't made the skirt the bargain I did have, (brought in the sale).”

“Firstly the site was easy to use and to navigate. Purchasing was painless and simple. After sales communications were also good. I never had to chase anything. My item came when it was expected. The box and packaging were stunning, a really nice touch but I One of the button holes at the top of the coat dress was fraying in one area and the dress was really creased at the back. I was also expecting the material to be slightly better BUT the size was perfect and fitted me like a glove. It wont deter me from buying again but I would pay a smaller price to save on packaging. I cant have millions of boxes like this around the house and its such a shame to waste them and chuck them out.”

“Item was packaged well - almost too well, with lots of extra bits. Sadly I have to return it because it's too small and there aren't any larger. However, less than perfect because of the hoops I had to go through to get a returns label - never had to measure a parcel before - ever for return label.”

“Great service with lots of updates, bit disappointed with the 'luxury' packaging though. Nice back box that came to pieces after I'd opened it and lovely branded tissue paper but fastened with a bit of cellotape. Not quite what I expected and not quite the same as Coast or Pepperberry were I usually shop. The dress that I ordered is beautiful and I can't wait to wear it! Would definitely order again if there where any more styles that are flattering to a curvy figure.”

“Very quick delivery and lovely packaging! However the picture on the website was very misleading as it showed the dress to be red when it was infact very pink. Still a lovely dress so I kept it!”
