“Service from start to finish was simply stunning, and I was thrilled to bits with my evening dress . The quality and finish was beautiful and I found the sizing perfect , I had used the size guide and the sizing was very true . Will use again and again as the whole process was so easy, but more than this the clothes are stunning and a little bit edgy which was attracted me to the company in the first place . Well done for getting it so right !”

“Terrible customer services !! After purchasing a very expensive dress the zip broke the first time I wore it so I returned the dress for a repair or replacement and they just sent the dress back saying NO !!”

Hello Debbie, Please accept our sincerest apologies for the damage of your item, this is not usual practice for Forever Unique products. I would like to re-assure you that your complaint has been fed back to our Quality Control team, to ensure that they are aware of the fault and to avoid this happening again in future. I can see from previous correspondence that this has now been resolved and you have been refunded for the repair and delivery cost of the item, is this correct? “I ordered 2 different dresses each in 2 different sizes (well - as we girls know - size matters!!). They arrived the next day - beautifully packed and I am thrilled with the one I have chosen to keep. Customer services were really good at helping me with the return of the others and telling me about some of the new Christmas items which should be out in a couple of weeks. Darn - wish I hadn't written that - now you will all be checking them out and I may miss out on the things I really like! I have seen some of the not so good reviews but my experience has been very positive.”

“Ordered my dress on Thursday at 1.50pm and was delivered by DPD on time. wonderfully wrapped, beautifully boxed, nice hanger and lovely black clothes hold-all, better than any high street retailer for the purchase price. the dress is absolutely gorgeous and amazing quality for the price. FABULOUS”

“I ordered a dress and a top...the dress was too small which was fine because it was an 8, and I normally am a 10 (it was the only one left, so I took a risk). the black top I ordered was so disappointing as although a small, was so huge and unshapely and did not suit me at all. The clothes all arrived in a beautiful box and I might order again”
