“The pendant chain I got was cheap and tacky. One week after receiving it the gold chain faded to a bronze colour. Very disappointed :(”

“Poor service, paid for £5 for next day for delivery, they have quickly taken the money out of my account but have not sent the item they have ignored all contact and seems like a fraudulent company due to the lack of contact no phone number just Facebook and poor email address, avoid being ripped off, there emails you do revive go to spam box.”

“Clothing is very nice and comfortable, however customer service on exchanges is absolutely shocking. Have been waiting nearly 2 months now for an EXCHANGE. Don’t exchange your items guys, just get a refund. Otherwise you won’t see your money again.”

“Really poor service first of all they got my address wrong and sent it to a completely wrong address and secondly the hoodie that i got was ripped and you could tell the quality of the hoodie was poor totally different to what they have advertised on their site. Not happy and that is the last time i order anything from there.”
