“Order not turned up sent messages through instagram and facebook no replys took my money but not delivered the item awful service recieved no emails or updates”

“Placed two separated orders and paid for next working day delivery, 8 days later no sign of my parcels and sent several emails regarding the money I’ve spent and not getting any replies. No tracking information given on one of the orders that was apparently sent out”

“Poor service, paid for £5 for next day for delivery, they have quickly taken the money out of my account but have not sent the item they have ignored all contact and seems like a fraudulent company due to the lack of contact no phone number just Facebook and poor email address, avoid being ripped off, there emails you do revive go to spam box.”

“My wife bought me a maroon tracksuit for xmas. I was thrilled when it arrived; seemed fantastic at first. After just a few wears though, one of the ringlets fell of the trousers, and the red coloured zip on the jacket all cracked and chipped, leaving it looking cheap and nasty. Having sent them the photos, they agreed to refund both. Instead, they refunded the trousers and sent the jacket back, leaving me with half an outfit and half a refund! Obviously won't be returning to purchase from FF.”
