“Absolutely disgraceful service got charged for the two working day delivery. i am waiting over a week ' 6 working days' for a t shirt that has not come and the customer team have give me no information as to why that is. Never ever order from this company”

“Sent a top back for exchange didn’t receive any item or an exchange. I have tried contacting customer services but after 2 month I have had no luck getting a reply. Do yourself a favour and stay well clear or you will be robbed”

“Customer service absolute joke, send out stained items, take forever (no pun intended) to reply. Shame really as their clothes are decent. Have to pay to return stuff even though it’s their fault, nearly paid for another tee in postage returns. Had to keep emailing for a refund. Problem still not resolved. Won’t be ordering again from here once I get the exchange.”

“My wife bought me a maroon tracksuit for xmas. I was thrilled when it arrived; seemed fantastic at first. After just a few wears though, one of the ringlets fell of the trousers, and the red coloured zip on the jacket all cracked and chipped, leaving it looking cheap and nasty. Having sent them the photos, they agreed to refund both. Instead, they refunded the trousers and sent the jacket back, leaving me with half an outfit and half a refund! Obviously won't be returning to purchase from FF.”

“Awful customer service. The items are nice but I've had problems with both of my orders. The first order they sent me a large jacket when I asked for a medium and was later to find out they sent large on purpose because they ran out of medium. Then my second order I had a pair of jeans with the stitching falling apart below the zip. Emailed customer service and I had the send 2 emails to get one reply then they stopped replying altogether. Sent more emails and still no reply”

“I tried to contact via email, Instagram and Facebook regarding restock levels, returns information etc and no response on any, multiple times! I placed an order at 3.30pm yesterday and even paid for the next day delivery which was "guaranteed" if ordered before 4pm. I have just had confirmation today that the items won't be arriving for at least 3 days and NO communication back to resolve the issue. The clothing they sell is bought from a Chinese company called Gingtto who sell these exact same clothing much cheaper just without the UK company branding. Lots of companies, like these guys, buy them and just add their logo to it and claim "luxury streetwear". Honestly, just check out Svpply Studios, Evoke Clothing Co, Icon Amsterdam etc, etc. Which makes it quite amusing that they use the words "Fresh", "Unique" and "Luxurious". I don't mind this necessarily because it makes postage quicker as the items are coming from the UK, but if you have the audacity to sell Chinese goods at a premium £50 per pair of chinos then have the decency to respond to customers when they contact you. (I have still received no response from you guys regarding my late delivery but would be happy to alter my review to 3* rating if this gets resolved)”

“Sadly FF doesn't cover returns cost so it cost me over £8 for a tracked return of only 4 t-shirts so if you order more it would cost a fortune to return. The sizing was off and too big unfortunately. I may have reordered but no chance with the cost postage return.”
