That sounded great\u2014until I realized that, despite giving me a DHL tracking number, my package has been stuck for days due to missing customs documents.\r\n\r\nAfter contacting DHL, I discovered something even worse: ForeverSpin hasn\u2019t even paid for the shipping yet! DHL only bills the sender after delivery, which means that unless they submit the required documents and complete the payment, the package will simply be returned to them without ever reaching me.\r\n\r\nAt this point, it looks like they\u2019re stalling until DHL cancels the shipment so they don\u2019t have to send me anything at all. If this is a misunderstanding, I hope they fix it immediately. But right now, I can\u2019t recommend this company to anyone."
