“awful customer services in Canada and us. very rude people. like a scam they withdrew two times from my credit.”

“Item ordered on January 01, the money was taken (with proof of payment) but there was never a confirmation of order, obviously I never received the item, I sent 5 emails since January 01 on several email addresses to them, I never had a single response. This is what is called theft. I'm going to use the purchase protection of the payment intermediary. Do not buy from them. Objet commandé le 01 janvier, l'argent à été prit (avec preuve pay..l à l'appui) mais il n'y a jamais eu de confirmation de commande, évidemment je n'ai jamais reçu l'objet, j'ai envoyé 5 mails depuis le 01 janvier sur plusieurs adresses de messagerie à eux, je n'ai jamais eu une seule réponse. C'est ce qui s'appelle du vol. Je vais faire jouer la protection des achats de l'intermédiaire de paiement. N'achetez surtout pas chez eux.”

“I never received the items that I ordered. They don't answer the phone or reply to the email I sent...but they took the money. Luckily it was a small amount.”

“Ordered a Nokia 3110 classic screen on 10th October which has still not arrived. So far sent 3 emails asking for them to investigate - and so far not a single reply. Poor customer service, seems I’m not the only one to suffer!”

“Heb op 28 8 2019 bestelling gedaan van Samsung Galaxy Ace 3 S7275 touch screen en zijn 5-12-19 en nog niets ontvangen al heb ik al 3 maal bericht verstuurd zonder antwoord tot op heden. Waar kan ik mij wenden voor mijn geld terug te krijgen.”
