“I like the product, but the website and ordering is not the best. Also, I’ve been trying to use my loyalty points but they are never available and it has been that way for months now. It always says to check back. No point in getting loyalty points to if you can’t use them! Prices are too high.”

“It’s good and tasty. My problem is that I drink more than one coffee a day and the amount in a 30 day supply always runs out too quick. I wasn’t aware that my 10th order was free until I asked. They told me it was an internal snafu. Also, my last order was somehow lost (I ordered in advance of my subscription date) and then they blamed another internal snafu and the carrier for the delay. So I canceled my subscription. Too bad. I did enjoy the product but I have little tolerance for multiple mistakes.”
