“Product seems to have good incredients. The company also shipped the product fast. I don't notice any difference with my health, but its really too soon to tell. I won't be buying the product again as I do not like how it makes my coffee taste. Its drinkable but not really enjoyable for me.”
“It’s good and tasty. My problem is that I drink more than one coffee a day and the amount in a 30 day supply always runs out too quick. I wasn’t aware that my 10th order was free until I asked. They told me it was an internal snafu. Also, my last order was somehow lost (I ordered in advance of my subscription date) and then they blamed another internal snafu and the carrier for the delay. So I canceled my subscription. Too bad. I did enjoy the product but I have little tolerance for multiple mistakes.”

“I ordered the one pouch and one pouch of singles. I received two pouch containers. I needed the singles for traveling. It does seem to be improving my day .... I'll update the review after I have finished one of the pouches. I realize you are busy but I really needed the single serving pouches for holiday travel.”
“Shipping sucked. I got notifications that my order was delivered and it wasn't. I have a Ring camera and there was no evidence that the shipment was delivered. A week later, on Thanksgiving day yet, it was delivered, after I had already complained to the company, which was also poorly managed, and was told I was being refunded. I emailed them back to let them know that I finally got the shipment and that they could cancel my refund, but I haven't heard from them yet.
They don't have a phone number. Their CHAT doesn't work, there is no chatting that takes place on their end. Emails were not timely either.
The product itself was tasty. I got the tart cherry gummies and I didn't feel any stronger or recovered anymore than otherwise. The cost of these was unacceptable as well.
I wouldn't recommend this company.”

“I was hesitant to purchase this due to the Stevia, I can’t stand the taste of it and unfortunately it was as expected. This doesn’t mean it’s a bad product and some people may not mind Stevia. I did enjoy the cinnamon flavor performance to go pack which didn’t have Stevia ?? Any chance of removing the stevia from the Focus mocha flavor pouch? Or having the cinnamon as an option for the Focus?”
“I don’t like black coffee bc it’s bitter. The Good Stuff, for me, just made it a flavored bitter. My son loves it, so I’m giving mine to him.
I also recommend it to my coworker bc he drinks black coffee.”
“I feel better since starting it, however some days it is hard to tell if it is making any difference. Love the taste, but I feel like maybe it is a poor value because it mixes/dissolves so poorly. I've tried several things including a frother and sometimes it blends OK but most times it seems like there is still a lot wasted in the bottom of my mug.”
