“I visited Foschini Northgate today around 11 AM to return and replace items. The process took over 45 minutes because Sbongile, the only person with access to assist, kept leaving midway to prioritize her lunch. She was loud, dismissive, and openly undermined colleagues in front of customers.
This behavior is unprofessional, disrespectful, and damaging to Foschini’s reputation. Customers should never have to witness internal conflicts or be left waiting while staff argue about lunch. I hope urgent action is taken to ensure proper training and uphold the brand’s service”
