“Bought a Sony DSC-RX100 and was told 7-10 days. Had it the day but one after. Very fast. Paid £72 less than the Sony shop for it so was , after reading other websites, wary it might be a fake but the s/n registered fine with the Sony Registration Centre so am pretty certain its genuine. Price was only £20-30 more than getting a second hand one or a really dodgy one from HK. So much as i'd like to I can't fault anything about this purchase. Keep up the good work.”

“I'm actually unhappy as when I placed my order, which was showing as low stock - but still in stock - I received an email saying it would take longer, almost 2 weeks, to dispatch it and I was offered a refund If I wasn't happy with that. So far, fair enough and I decided to wait. But when the date came, no dispatch and no further contact was made and after almost another week of silence I had to send an email requesting for updates on the matter. The reply came a few days later and I thought it was quite dry and unapologetic considering what happened. In the end, the order I placed on 30th of March arrived almost a month later, on the 29th of April.”

“I received my Lumix G3 battery and 45 -150 lens a few days after ordering them and there were no problems. The only (very minor) complaint is that I had to email them to request the free UV filter which they had forgotten to add to my order. I received it a few days later. Overall, I'm pleased with the service and will use Fotosense again.”

“First off, the service from Fotosense was first class - I ordered late on Wednesday and the bag arrived at lunchtime on Friday. The Interfit bag itself isn't bad, but I found it needed a little modification. You can fit the stands, soft boxes and cables into the base and still have room for some other bits of kit - maybe a camera tripod and some other bits. You then put the supplied protective layer on top of them which gives you a flat surface to sit your lights on. The lid expands to accommodate the lights when you're carrying stands etc in this way. Interfit supply a divider to keep the lights apart - but the problem is that they can each still slide around in their half of the bag - at least with my CoolLite 5's they could! As a temporary measure I put into the bag the boxes that the lights arrived in and then put the lights into them. When I get time I'll buy some big chunks of foam to hold them in place instead of using the boxes. In use, it's a big bag, but pulls along ok on the two wheels and is a neat solution for transporting my lights. The bag stands up fine on a flat surface thanks to two little legs. I wouldn't risk putting it in the hold of a plane, but I think it'll be sturdy and protective enough for normal use.”
