“I usually use Amazon by default because i have prime but Fotosense beat the Amazon price by quite a margin with free delivery, although Fotosense quote 7 to 10 days delivery the first class post delivery option still saved me a worthwhile amount , I'll use it again.”

“I bought a Tamron lens, Canon fit, from FotoSense partly because they offered a UV filter as part of the package. The lens was dispatched and received promptly, but the accompanying filter was a 67mm one, not the 62mm. This was a silly picking error, so I emailed immediately pointing out the mistake, and requested a 62mm filter. After 9 days, the 62mm filter was nowhere in sight, so I had to log on to customer services to sort it, which eventually Tom did, though I was losing my cool somewhat. I was not prepared to request an RMA number, bundle the 67mm filter up, go to the Post Office and fork out for a stamp, submit an expenses claim and then wait for reimbursement. Common sense prevailed, and I am now the owner of 2 UV filters. Anyone for a 67mm?”

“I ordered my items on 16/4/14 which were in stock. I paid for next day delivery by courier. I needed the items for the 19/4/14 when I was getting married. The items were delivered by royal mail on 24/4/14. Very poor service. Extremely disapointed in you. I will not be using you again. The items are basically pointless and not required now.”

“Hi, After 14 days I finally got my Gopro camery even though it was on stock when I ordered. I Wonder how it can take so long time to move a item from stock. Never the less, now it is here. However, after opening the box I found NO 64 GB memory Card even though I paid +38,40 £ for it already (total 219 + 38,40 = 257,40£). Please send it imediately. BR Jakob”

“Product as described but very slow delivery. 1st Class so it only took one day after it was despatched which is as expected. It just took 3 working days to be despatched. I ordered on (I believe) Wednesday 9th April. I was sent an email telling me it would be despatched on Friday 11th April when it was actually despatched on Monday 14th April (I won't count the two days of the weekend although it would have been nice to have had it by then). I had ordered products from several different companies at the same time all of which arrived by Friday 11th April except yours.”
