“Product description was a little vague but it was satisfactory. Ordering was very easy and the price was competitive. Confirmations are quick. Only very minor negative was that the email was not clear with regards to tracking my delivery. I received a tracking number but there was no info on the courier. I was unable to track. This was very disappointing. But it was quickly forgotten because it arrived very fast. Item arrived undamaged and as advertised. Very happy. I would easily recommend FotoSENSE. Thank you.”

“Although the delivery of my order was delayed, Fotosense was very good in Keeping me up to date with the situation and, as a result of the delay, offered to refund the full amount. They also sent emails to confirm the dispatch details etc. I found all of this correspondence most helpful. The product ordered is of excellent quality and exactly as requested.”

“My order of Sigma uv filter arrived quickly after ordering, they emailed to say it was on the way. All trials with the filter have been positive. Since this purchase I have placed a further order.”

“Thing is the services is good apart of Tracking number incorrect, and staff seems to me lack of photographic knowledge when enquires for the equipment. Otherwise prices are good around”
