“Despite being advertised as in stock and with a payment of £8.95 for 48hour delivery I was notified the item was not in stock so no 48hour delivery (because it says "once despatched"!) and no refund for such BUT it was sent a few days later and delivery was informative and efficient goods (Panasonic HC-920) were cheapest on the net and appears new and in good order”

“Really prompt, efficient service and excellent communication! Fotosense informed me that they were out of stock even though the order was completed online. They said the item would be despatched on 1 Nov and I could cancel if I wished. However the item was received a few days ago so didn't have to wait long anyway.”

“Very friendly staff and excellent customer service. A couple of the Cokin filters I requested were not in stock but Fotosense despatched the remainder of my order immediately and the out of stock filters were sent as they arrived (necessitating two further deliveries, for which they didn't charge). I think this is truly excellent customer service, and I thank them for making my purchase a pleasant, hassle free experience.”
