“Delivery of in stock item was as expected, the out of stock item has only been dispatched and was beyond to 3 to 5 days. I've not fully tried the filter yet but it is as described and initial tests show that it performs great”

“Fotosense were the only company who seemed to offer the product I wanted (having looked at Cokin's site) and although Fotosense replied promptly that I would have to wait until Jan 28th for the product to come back into stock, ( a folding wallet to contain 8 Cokin filters), I was pleased to find it on the doormat on the 26th. That just happened to be my birthday so well done Fotosense! The wallet is of good quality and contains my seven filters and the filter holder. It is much more compact and easier to use than the plastic boxes the filters are packaged in and comes with a neck strap and a belt fastening. Just the job!”

“I found the web site easy to navigate. It was also very good in that I found the information I wanted without first having to endure pages of promotions and advertising I didn't need or want. The ordering process was simple, I was kept informed of the progress of my order and my goods arrived promptly. I would have no hesitation in using fotosense in the future. p.s. The binoculars are exactly as described and I am very happy with them.”

“Wanted a UV filter to protect one of my lenses and found an excellent Sigma filter that was perfect at a very good price. The icing on the cake was that a CP filter was also included for no additional cost. Both filters are excellent as was the service and speedy delivery.”

“Wrong (cheaper) lens filter sent, confusing returns procedure, replacement still not received a week later. Having to go on holiday with no filter on my lens. One month later, no replacement, no reply to emails.”

“First time dealing with this company and had a very good experience. The price of the camera was the cheapest anywhere online. Standard delivery was included in the price but I paid a little extra for first class and it arrived next day by DPD who kept me informed by text and email. Highly recommended!”

“The tripod+head I bought is very good, brand famous for the quality. The price, comparing to other suppliers, is reasonable too, especially with 5% discount. They didn't have the tripod in stock, which wasn't mentioned on the website, and is why I took off 1 star. But the problem was sorted. This is not first time I buy photography equipment from this company and will do it again. They proved to be very reliable.”

“My tripod arrived the following day after ordering, excellent service. The tripod was recommended by a work colleague, and I am very satisfied as the price was very reasonable for such a tripod that is well made and very sturdy. The carry case is of good quality. Overall I am very pleased & would buy from Fotosense again”

“Needed a UV filter for my "big" lens, asked one of the guys at Fotosense to recommend one. He suggested the Marumi which I duly ordered. Received the following day. Fitted and "works" well - good service. George R. - Gloucestershire”
