“Needed a way of storing my small collection of Cokin filters but didn't want a bulky box. Found just what I wanted on Cokin's site but only one retailer (Fotosense) to supply it. The price was right so I ordered it online and received an email saying it was not in stock and would have to be ordered and would take what seemed like ages. It arrived, however, within about a week and seems to be just the job with belt loops and optional neckstrap, folds relatively flat, holds 7 filters and the adaptor ring. Well pleased with product and service.”

“Prompt service, delivered within 3 days of ordering. Well packaged. I entered the wrong house number and emailed them immediately after placing order. They kindly changed the number manually and the order delivered to the correct house. Only very small gripe was Panasonic Lumix camera case which was ordered at same time did not arrive with rest of order with no mention that it was on back order. Would have been nice if order sheet in package stated this so I didn't have to chase.”

“I ordered an Interfit 3-lamp soft lights kit and rang to request delivery on a specific date, which Tom at FotoSense kindly ensured happened. When the kit arrived, there was a bulb missing. A quick call back to FotoSense and they despatched one immediately and it arrived the following day. For the money, the Interfit kit itself is fantastic value. Sturdy, stable stands and lamps with quality cables and adjuster knobs. I'm very pleased indeed with both the service and the product. Thank you!”
