“Tom at FotoSense was great when I rang to ask for help with co-ordinating a suitable delivery date. The lamps arrived at my business partner's address on the promised day but, upon opening the packaging, one of the three bulbs was missing from the parcel. A quick call to FotoSense had a bulb winging its way to me swiftly and it arrived the day after. I haven't actually seen the lamps myself yet, but my business partner says they're all good.”

“I was very disappointed with the quality of the binoculars, they were not lined up correctly so the two eye pieces could not focus together. The returns policy is so complicated, with emails back and forth eventually I was advised to return them not as faulty but under the cooling off period. Hence when they were returned and the credit made postage and packaging was deducted from the refund. I would never purchase from this company again.”

“My experience of your company is excellent. I have only ever bought one item from you and that was because you offered it at the most competitive price. I only became aware of your business through the internet. But, in future, if I want to buy any further photographic items "on-line" I will most certainly look to see if Fotosense is offering them.
