“Purchased on Monday, paid for 48 hour service, I was then rather unsympathetically told that the item would arrive Friday, I had to send numerous emails to explain that I had paid for 48 hour delivery until I was offered a refund. Also an item was delivered to the wrong address, I had to go and collect it, funnily enough I am still waiting to hear back from you with regards to the tracking number, Don't bother though, I have received it all now. Prices are decent and website is good, but your customer service is awful.”

“I bought the Spider Pro Dual Belt from Fotosense and received it the next day, something that many companies seem unable to do when delivering to the North of Scotland. Perfect condition and great product! Would definitely recommend.”

“I'm very happy with my order from Fotosense. The items were excellent value and were delivered on time. Although one of the items was not quite as described when I ordered it, I contacted Fotosense and they responded immediately and offered a refund on the item - the customer service was fantastic. I would highly recommend Fotosense to others.”

“Ordered a Nikon L840. Was told it was out of stock and was given the opportunity to cancel the order or wait for new stock with estimated date. Decided to wait for the new stock as this was the cheapest place I had seen this particular camera. Didn't have long to wait for it to come back in stock. Like what I ordered and looks easy to use.”
