“This is the second time I have bought binoculars from Fotosense. Both times I have received excellent advice to help me ensure that the purchase would suit my needs even to being given the customer service number at Viking to help me with that decision making process. Both times my bins have arrived promptly , well packaged and ready to go. I won't lie, I was attracted to the company by their keen pricing but would use them again for the excellent service, even if that cost me a bit more. As a retailer I trust them. Highly recommended.”

“Bought a fuji camera case and extra battery order took a little longer than expected, but rang and told when delivery would be made by carrier and given tracking no. Arrived but only part order another phone call and sincere apology rest of order sent out by first class post. I found staff polite and very helpful.”

“I admit to feeling wary as I'd read some poor reviews about Fotosense, but all was fine. I scratched my head as to how they could sell the tripod concerned much cheaper than elsewhere, and half expected it to be used or at least shop soiled. However, not only did it arrive very quickly but it was brand new. So a big thumbs to Fotosense up from me.”

“Placed my order and immediately noticed that I had made an error during the order. One quick phone call and fotoSENCE sorted the issue out and still managed a next day delivery. Prices were competitive with a service to be proud of. I will use again.”

“Bought 2 camera bags, both incredibly cheap compared to the competition; 30% off normal price for Manfrotto Roller 70 for example. Normally alarm bells ring but all was delivered promptly and ready for the next shoot. Polite staff on the phone too. I would use them again easily.”

“fotosense did the right job. the canon powershot sx 610 20.2 megapix not impressed at all not sharp either my mobile phone 8 megapix has better cam n fotos!! very disappointed from canon. we got twice canon products before and were perfect!”
